The English language is very important in the present because in the past, we didn't have any internet or good transportation to connect with people from other countries. But now, we have many activities that require English, such as work and study. Therefore, having English skills is essential for communicating with native speakers and those who use English.

Let's discuss the importance of English in the past and present. In the past, the lack of good transportation meant that very few people had the chance to travel abroad and interact with native speakers. Consequently, only a small number of people in Thailand could speak English. However, in the present, you can easily find people who use English in various settings.

To understand English articles, you need reading skills. Similarly, if you want to write or express yourself effectively, writing skills are crucial. These abilities open doors to knowledge, culture, and more, allowing you to learn about a wide range of subjects.

Apart from reading and writing, other skills are important too. When conversing with an English speaker, listening attentively and engaging in the conversation are equally vital. Combining all these skills enables effective communication and facilitates interactions with native speakers.

Each skill holds equal importance, and neglecting any of them is not advisable. In our world, which is constantly growing and evolving, English serves as a tool to connect with different aspects of life and make them more accessible. As the future unfolds, English will continue to expand its influence, and your proficiency in the language will be the key to understanding and adapting to these changes.
