When people look at a project's progress, the first thing they notice is the project supervisor. The boss has a duty to support and give advice to the project members, which means the actions of the supervisor directly affect the work and its quality.
The leader needs to know the main abilities of each member because the success of the project depends on how the leader assigns tasks. Effective communication skills are also important for supervisors. Clear and proper communication will help the team members do their work easily and effectively. Furthermore, good communication means not giving tasks that are impossible to complete.
A team that has a positive attitude and strong leadership influences the attitudes of its members positively. For example, when the team encounters difficult work, if the supervisor has a negative attitude, the members tend to work harder without motivation. However, in a team with a supervisor who has a positive attitude, the chief considers challenging work as an opportunity to grow.
In a team where the supervisor always finds faults in what team members do, the atmosphere in the office becomes uncomfortable. As a result, work gets completed more slowly and inefficiently. Moreover, the team does not develop as the members feel unable to suggest improvements. While bosses can complain about the work, they should also provide guidance on how to enhance the project.
Good supervisors know when to be serious and when to be relaxed. The performance of the boss is the first thing team members see. This means that when a member faces a problem, in a relaxed boss situation, the subordinate is not afraid to ask their head. This makes work more efficient, and the organization will grow faster.

With this in mind, effective supervision requires good communication skills and a positive attitude. A positive attitude motivates team members to face challenging work. Strong communication skills prevent team members from feeling exhausted. The quality of supervision impacts the well-being of the team in the short and long term, including daily work and organizational development.
